explicitly stated otherwise.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

software—is the exclusive property of Client First Professional Services or its licensors and is
protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Clients retain ownership of all original data, documents, and confidential materials provided to
us. Upon full payment of agreed fees, clients receive usage rights for final agreed deliverables
as outlined in their service agreement.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to protect and keep strictly confidential all proprietary, business, financial, or
personal information received during the course of the business relationship. Confidential
information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required
by applicable laws or regulatory authorities.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Client First Professional Services shall not be held
liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with the
individual client agreement. Once service execution has commenced, fees paid toward
completed work, government processing charges, or third-party costs are non-refundable.
FORCE MAJEURE
Client First Professional Services shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay or failure
in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to
natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, server/network failures, or emergency
conditions.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior
notice. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our site and services after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated
terms.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable legal
